Iā€™m curious about the brownies (uh, yes I looked at the recipes!), do you taste the cinnamon? Or is it like chili where you add a bit to the mole and never taste it?

I'm hooked! My wife grew up in Northern Louisiana, and I've loved the texture and fabric of the South - particularly Louisiana, ever since. Great too that a new writer with great ideas has surfaced.
